LALIZAS Group Survival Kit (GSK)
LALIZAS Group Survival Kit (GSK) is based on content outlined in the Polar Code (IMO Resolution MSC.385(94), PART I-B paragraph 9.1.
The bag has 4 webbing handles on the top so it can be carried by more than 1 person.
The bag has also a webbing loop and reinforced bottom area in order to be easily carried or pulled onto the ice surface.
The spare (Personal Survival Kit) is included in the GSK bag, as indicated in the following table, but may be removed and carried separately as well.
The equipment is delivered in a red heavy-duty watertight bag with waterproof zipper.
